Shipping policy
SHIPPING DAMAGE/ERROR, SHORT SHIPMENT:
All damaged or incorrect items shipped as well as short shipments must be reported within 10 days of delivery for a credit or replacement consideration, and we will immediately replace them upon investigation. Please do NOT ship the damaged items back to us as we will need to file a damage claim with UPS who may need to inspect the package.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
All original shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error caused by expresssalesservices.com. For all non-defective returns, the customer is responsible to return them back to us at their own expense.
expresssalesservices.com limitation of liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. In no event shall we be responsible for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
